RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Nessel Books wants every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee on all returned items that are in salvageable condition, meaning the item is not excessively damaged, altered, or unreadable. Returns or exchanges must be requested within 60 days of the delivery date, and items must be returned with proof of purchase. Once the returned item is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, or an exchange may be processed if requested. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
